Time keeps on slipping...

It's been months, I know. I try not to be too hard on myself when I don't stick to my projects the way I would like to (like this giant scrapbook). All it really means is here comes a ton of pictures with brief descriptions...ready...set...go...

Noah recently turned 2, which seems impossible, and that also means that Willow is already 6 months old, half of her first year is over and I can't seem to soak it up enough. Her health has been perfect, and that is the biggest relief of all after the scare she gave us as a newborn.
We were feeling very brave, and the weather was just begging us...so we decided to embark on our very first camping trip! It was last minute, and only a 2 night stay..but those 2 nights were spent in a tent. The first night we had an incredible thunder storm, I lost sleep worrying about leaks...but we got through it dry! All in all, it was a success and we are looking forward to making it a October family tradition! Of course our good friends the Schlupe's were there, and we are hoping to expand the circle in years to come.

Getting ready to get on the road!
So dirty!

More recently, we had a warm enough day to enjoy some zoo time. It was cool enough to be almost completely empty...but warm enough to stroll. Every single animal was out soaking up the last rays of the sun:
